Why some files are gated
Because the document has to match the unit
A catalogue downloaded in 2024 and a panel built in 2026 are not necessarily the same product. Sending the document with the order — or with the quotation, before it — removes the version question entirely.
Installers are the exception: the current release runs every model in its family, so they can go straight out once the download links are live.
Not sure which tool you need?
SKTOOL programs the SK panels, SATOOL the EA panels, SamSoar 2022 the FAs / FAT / PRO range and SamSoar II the FGs / FGR / FGm range. The project formats are not interchangeable.
